“Dion and your restaurant staff were lovely. However your property needs a major renovation. Simple things like new towels, bedsheets, milk pods in the frig etc would make a difference. I realise that you are a budget hotel but at the moment you are a very ordinary budget hotel. You could be a GREAT budget hotel.
Floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, no spare toilet rolls., one elevator didn't work.

“I actually really loved the property and views during the day and evening.

In my room there was a super weird pungent smell that I could not escape. And they knew it too because they had airfreshers around the mystery smell.
My room was spacious and generally nice. My bed sheets had a few questionable stains on them.

“This property is on the quiter side of Canggu. There are many restaurants and shops on the same street as the hotel. Red and white bottle shop is close by for those looking for wine. The staff were great and very helpful. Internet was fast but TV is limited to the internet. Really nice place to stay.”

“Very new and clean. Even smells clean. Very close to the beach. Amazing staff. Need to go through a dark dirt road which isn’t long to get to the hotel. But it was like 20 seconds walk only. Felt very clean, amazing value for money. ”

Would be great if they had a coffee machine and barista. this was a downfall for us as we would have to walk down to beach or up to main street. Would have been great to have at breakfast or afternoon tea. It is a pleasant walk to main street, and to find other restaurants around and also for shopping. Hotel was great Seminyak just not for me, too busy”
