"Its in terminal 5 -well signposted and easy access to/ from terminal/ tube -retaurant is busy ,food is ok but service can be very slow at busy times -seem to have enough staff but need a couple of floor managers to recognise when customers are waiting too long!
Bar has good small plates eg pork belly ,falafel but furniture /seatng is very very tired and tatty quite out of character with rest of hotel which is very smartly turned out ! "

"The accomodations were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spa like. Nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were just ok. The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food. "

The air conditioning was so easy to adjust and made it such a comfortable experience at night. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and we had all we needed. We only had breakfast one morning since it was a bit expensive (£13 per person) but the food selection was good and they also offer take away bags. An easy walk to Kings Cross and St. Pancras, as well as to some attractions like the British Museum. Convenient location and overall a great accommodation for the price. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks.
