About the unit: from water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom; the fridge door being broken; the TV not working caused by empty batteries; mold and other cleaning issues; constantly too cold …
Check-in: I had to ask three people in the hotel to find the right Checkin desk. Till I was there, I did not even know the tower or number of my unit. I had to ask for everything in our chat. I imagine what would have happened if I would have been off-line
Check-out time was agreed for 11 AM. Already at 9:25 AM someone rang the bell and asked me to leave; Some important documentation was also missing, such as about pool times of the gym; also the short let licence wasn’t displayed. addition, there are some minor issues like wall and ceiling damages from previous water leaks or the kitchen equipment and condition that are unexpected to put it mildly.
No refund was offered.
