She always remembers our family from prior stays. The lady at the front desk in the mornings is also very kind and helpful. She gave our kids coloring books and crayons. The beds are comfortable and the AC works well. The water pressure in the bathroom isn’t the strongest but overall this is our “go-to” hotel in Plano. ”
