"I would like to share my experience following a recent stay at this hotel, which was, overall, very disappointing.
Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room as the door would not open and required maintenance. This resulted in an unexpected delay at check-in, which was particularly inconvenient after travelling.
Once in the room, several issues became apparent. The safe was not functioning, which limited the ability to securely store valuables. The room itself was notably small, and the level of amenities provided was minimal — consisting of only a bar of soap and a single towel.
The balcony was not in a usable condition, as it was unclean and appeared to be leaking. Additionally, the layout of the room was not particularly practical, with the television positioned to the side of the bed, making it difficult to watch comfortably.
Breakfast arrangements were also restrictive, with only two specific time slots available. The quality of the breakfast was poor and did not meet expectations.
I was also informed during my stay that the hotel was fully booked, which appeared inconsistent with the actual occupancy observed. This raised concerns about the accuracy of the information provided.
I had to wait for hot water to have showers.
The most disappointing aspect of the stay, however, was the level of service. Staff interactions felt abrupt and unwelcoming, with little effort made to assist or engage.
Honestly, this experience ruined my holiday.
