Really reasonably priced for such a great location. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, much more so than we would expect any hotel staff to do! Second time we’ve stayed here - first being in 2019. Seems like the decor could do with a refresh, but all in good and working order.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I loved how there were lots of freebies, such as takoyaki every night during a specific time, free mocktails and some wine, unlimited water, tea, and coffee available all day, every day, as well as access to a microwave. These are all accessible 24 hours a day. The location was so accessible to the train station. Lots of great japanese restaurants and convenient stores nearby.
