Great Resort but no sanitizer throughout
Royalton Chic was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend. But as nice as it was there was no sanitizer throughout the resort. I found that very odd. Definitely something the resort needs to add to the establishment. I also didn’t appreciate the cleaning crew taking wash clothes without replacing with new ones.

Dissapointed Overall Stay
Arrived December 27th on my birthday. Check in was good but as soon as we walked onto the 10th floor for our room, the mold smell in hallway was terrible. As soon as we walked in our room, it was worse. We had to ask for a anti humidifier which realky dint help. Housekeeping nor maintenance never bothered to change the water out daily. Needless to say we came back from dibner on the aecind night to find it had keaked so bad it filked the bathroom and entry area. On the 3rd night we walked into our room to find the light above bathroom sink was leaking, so more water everywhere. We were mever offered to change rooms. Furthermore, the restaurants wete not good at all. The food was leas then mediocre throught property. We exoected better than thos as our 6 night stay was more than $700 nightly. I wil day that Luis at the buffet served is daily for breakfast and was a very pleasent. Other than that we will not be recommending this hotel nor staying there again. Its a shame that we had such a bad experience as we travel to cancun at least 3 times a year. We definitely exoected more than this from the Royalton Chic. I hope they will do better for future guests.

What I didn’t like, we made reservations for a king size bed suite with the ocean view. The receptionist gave us a bedroom suite with two beds for my husband and I and they didn’t even try to accommodate us with what we booked. It was my daughter birthday that was the reason we booked for this vacation, also temps could be better in the rooms. Food was ok not that great also one of the waitresses was horrible others were great, also no clubs we wanted to go to a club setting it was just music on the 3rd floor, hotel was clean but hallways smelled like mildew you guys need to put air fresheners in the hallways

El personal de recepción está mal capacitado, a mi llegada jamás me comentaron que mi habitación tendría 2 camas en vez de 1 como lo solicité al reservar. Fue muuuuuy tardado el proceso de registro al hotel. La habitaciones requieren de mantenimiento y el pecoso de salida también es un tacto engorroso. Más aún no aplican con facilidad el descuento del 20% en bebidas que te ofrecen a la llegada
