Overall, very satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, the bar was very cozy and the staff very friendly. Only the services provided by the "Lobby" personnel needs a bit upgrading. Most of the time I dialed "9" from my room to reach the reception, there was no answer. They had no map of the city to offer, no areas to suggest for the tourist to visit. I asked for some suggestion for a nice restaurant, the reception directed me to a travel agent situated next to them, I waited on line when I got to him, he directed me to the concierge. The concierge was not there, I had to wait for him. When he got back, I realized his level of English was not adequate enough to communicate to him what it was that I wanted. When I got through to him, he started searching on Google to find something to suggest. Finally, I had to decide on my own. One last thing, the luggage kept for people that had checked out of their rooms was exposed in the open in the reception area. I did not like that for three reasons: 1) the picture of the lobby looked very messy 2) I did not feel right knowing that my luggage was exposed in plain view and anybody could just walk up, grab a piece and walk away. 3) I had to ask them for a ticket in order to be able to identify the luggage when it was time for us to pick it up.
