The hotel is very well connected to the airport by the Lufthansa Express bus service. Under this respect it is even better than some locations in the centre.
But you are not in the centre. Therefore, to go "Downtown" you must use the very near underground service. It does not take long, but no pleasure of stepping out of the hotel and walking around. You are basically in the middle of nowhere.
So location can be very good or bad depending what you intend to do.
The room was very spacious and clean.
The bathroom had a large shower with double nozzle. Pity the small one could not be redirected and fixed at will, but only used by hand. Water was hot and plenty.
TV had a good selection of channels, but not all of them was working.
Wi-Fi was not exceptional, but enough to use it. My smartphone wouid disconnect frequently. With my PC it worked better.
I did not test the breakfast. Whopping 20+ Euro was way too expensive, whatever would be offered.
There are is a place round the corner, which though not cheap (München is not a cheap city by any means) was decent and at a more reasonable price. Good cappuccino there, also (Italian chap writing).
Personnel was nice and welcoming. Not too much additional interactions respect to was strictly required, but they were doing their job nicely.
