“My husband hurt himself before we left Illinois. When we checked in he was on crutches and I’m disabled and can’t walk far. The lady at check-in gave us a VERY close room. What a relief. It was also handicap accessible so it was easier for him to get in and out of the shower. The shower was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.. and everything was clean. The refrigerator was dirty though. But not as important to me.. ”
