Outside liked like an abandoned old hotel but the staff was nice and the room was cheap and much better than I expected.

The location is excellent if you're going to explore Grand lake St. Mary's Indian lake lake loremy and other places in that region and the price is right. Also the location is good right off of interstate 75 and botkins is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and bars

Older Motel, Current Management are making improvements that is plain to see. My stay was clean everywhere, all equipment worked properly. I stayed 2 nights as they were the only option near my friend I was visiting. My second stay in 2 years, I will use them again

Stayed for an event that was about 30 minutes away. Very clean. Well updated. Great price! Booked again for my next trip in September!

The price is right! No frills at all. The room was clean. I appreciated the remodeling that had been done. Just have to keep in mind that it is an old motel.

Room was clean but had only one light that worked t.v. had 4 channels

2/10 Scarso

Room was dirty when we walked in. Dust everywhere. Floors were disgusting. Once I got out the shower and walked back to the bed barefoot the bottom on my feet were black. Door would not lock. Bathroom light looked like a fire hazard. Get what you pay for I guess but this is my second time here. The first room is what made me want to book again and this time was really disappointing Random tape on the walll. Tape holding on the AC unit.

Cobijas y sabanas sucias, con insectos, sali con piquetes, la persona de la recepcion nada amable, solo lo rente por que estaba fuera de la ciudad y tenia mucho sueño, pero no lo vale

Great price! Great bed, microwave, refrigerator, and shower. Very quiet. Close to Neil Armstrong Space Museum - a must see when you are in the area.

It’s a great place for the price. They could clean the bathroom better and clean the rooms daily. Other than that I have no problem staying again.

Decent bed. Sink area clean. Stains on walls and dirty floor molding. It’s Budget Inn hotel. I felt safe.

They are doing major repairs remodeling, and there’s a bunch of refrigerators and HVAC units in the parking lot. And a trailer full of old bedding, plus we had multiple cockroaches in our room (127)

You get what you pay for in this scenario. It was the cheapest hotel and for a many good reason. Made for a rough night of sleep and everything else. I learned a valuable lesson “if you’re asking yourself can it be that bad, it sure can! “
