The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late-night arrival, including a delicious meal and drinks on the porch, despite it being almost closing time. Food and drinks were great, and the staff were fabulous! Loved this unique experience in a historic hotel.”

“Ero pieno di aspettative per questo hotel ma sono rimasto deluso. La camera era vecchia e, a tratti, non ben pulita. Mancava pure il tostapane che c'è sempre negli hotel americani (non avendo la colazione è utile un tostapane). Tutto un po' trasandato. La piscina carina ma nulla di più. Ottimo, invece, l'ingresso alla spiaggia. Personale cordiale e gentile. Visto il costo non credo ci tornerò. ”

“I hate to say it was only a in the middle, but I was not able to shower but once because it wasn’t even warm enough to feel clean!
Not only was it not warm but that the pressure wasn’t any good at all. It literally took 5 minutes to rinse my hair.”

“Historic, older boarding-house style hotel. Needs updated and bathroom needed repairs to floor tiles and sink, but has on-site parking (for free), a nice pool and PRIME LOCATION. Based on other options, it's worth the cost. Staff very friendly. Great boardwalk location with outdoor seating. ”

On arrival we had been waiting ~10 min for a moment when girl on reception would finish a telephone call to her friend. As I heard she spoked Russian by phone, I started to speak Russian with her as well, but she told she doesn't understand me and we continued on English. hmm... o_0”

“We loved our stay at Castle in the Sand. They let us park there before our room was ready so we had easy access to the pool and beach. The pool was really nice. We were in one of the cottages and it was not far from the beach at all. You are able to order drinks and food right on the beach or by the pool if you’d like! We would 100% stay here again.”
