Excellent location! My room was beautiful and cleaned every day. The daily breakfast caffe was excellent! The owner Marco was very hospitable and made sure I was comfortable. He went above and beyond and gave me a list of great restaurants in the area and all the must see attractions. I definitely recommend Suite Palermo Apartment, and hope to go back soon! Staff (Marco) was very attentive to my needs. Mako customer service was exemplary, as he readily resolved many of my needs. There were limitations on what she could do for me though, for instance the facility was presented as having a breakfast but I was told my pricing didn’t excluded it. Also, there was an on-going renovation going on in another unit that woke me up around 7:30am on two days of my six-day stay. Additionally, on May 1st, my request for new sheets were not fulfilled by the person cleaning the room. For a facility that advertises its self as short-term stay, with minimal service, the following areas m need improvement: 1. Dining Plates, 2. Silverware (cutlery), 3. Dishwashing soap, 4. Dishwashing towels, 5. A slightly larger size refrigerator (the snack bar-size refrigerator was very inconvenient. The top draw for me was cleanliness of my unit and the interior of the facility I accessed. Marco was fantastic host and provided excellent recommendations. Owner of the units should up their game and expand amenities in the room.

Hervorragend! Alles, was nötig war, konnten wir mit Marco klären! Er war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns jederzeit bei jeder Frage unterstützt und Informationen eingeholt. Z.B. betreffend Anreise und Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft. Das Vorort gebuchte Frühstück war äußerst hochwertig und geschmacklich top und mehr als ausreichend! Das Appartement war in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr durchdacht - tolles Badezimmer mit riesiger Dusche, drehbarer TV mit Möglichkeit prime/Netflix usw., Licht usw. mittels Alexa steuerbar, Supermarkt im selben Block, Bus vor der Türe, bequemes Bett! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!!!!!

Generellt väldigt nöjd

Väldigt nöjd med allt, kändes lyxigt. Bra rum och lyxigt badrum. Rent och fräscht. Marco var otroligt hjälpsam och bemötte mig väldigt bra. Själva byggnaden och hissen är lite skum men själva hotellet är bra. Tågstation finns precis bredvid om man ska bege sig till eller från flygplatsen eller centralstationen. Även buss som tar 15 minuter till stan stannar precis utanför. Det enda jag kan anmärka på är att det inte var tydliga instruktioner på utcheckningen och att rummet kändes instängt, det är ingen utsikt och dimmiga fönster. Isoleringen är dålig, byggarbete som började innan kl. 8.00 på en lördag.

Je recommande fortement cet établissement, tout était parfait pour notre city break, Marco est très sympa et vous donnera de bonnes adresses. L’établissement est très bien situé et surtout bien desservi, la gare est à 3 min et le train vous mène directement a l’aéroport. Pour joindre le centre ville ou encore la plage de Mondello les bus sont à deux pas. En ce qui concerne la chambre très propre avec une joli deco sicilienne. Je recommande vraiment.
