Hotel front desk was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. The hotel reached out before our stay to anticipate our arrival, and had our room ready early. Our room was spacious and comfortable with loads of lighting. We also enjoyed the wide selection of fresh breakfast options. The location was perfect! The ruins across the street were a landmark for all of our comings and goings and we walked almost everywhere. A taxi rank steps away saved us when we needed it.

We had the exec suite, with one bedroom with walking closet and a huge family room with full kitchenette and a dinner table. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very nice and responsive. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would like to mention that at nights, we could hear a lot of city noise, but I suppose that's the price you pay to be in the city center. The location was excellent. I wish the bathroom was more practical. There is almost no surface for your toiletries, and no hook close to the shower for towels.
