Hotel should be closed down,fumigated and renovated!
Was greeted by 2 men sitting in what should be a diningroom, crockery all dressed on tables which where dirty and and still left from breakfast at 6pm. Was shown to our room and felt unsafe the moment i was shown the door. The manager then decided to show tje broken bathroom door with no handle which must be closed when sbower in use as it leaks onto bedroom carpet! The tv was off the wall and just sat on top of the wardrobe,sockets hanging off the wall, the door was all broken down the panels and although it was a digitl lock did not feel secure and safe.the beds where filthy pillows stained,shower to dirty to even consider using, the dust under and around the bed frames are the worse i have ever seen. My 10 yr son started crying and begging us not to stay here as he felt scared and unsafe, and as a female alone with a child i felt this too. And with in 20 mins i walked out with 2 bites on my anckle i may add!
Do not stay here, the pics advertised must be atleast 10 years old no rooms look the same. Found a safer and much cleaner hotel for the same price other end of the same street named the marlow lodge. Do not book here it is filthy and unsafe regardless of price a toilet should be clean and a door should close and lock securely.
