Disappointing Second Stay – Poor Service & Noise Issues
This was my second stay JBR holiday seasons, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
1. Unorganized Check-in Process – Three different staff members processed my check-in, and shockingly, one even rang my doorbell while I was sleeping. This lack of coordination was frustrating and intrusive.
2. Loud Early Morning Renovation – On the morning of February 7, construction noise started very early, disturbing my rest. I was not informed of any renovations beforehand, which was unacceptable.
I expected better service, especially as a returning guest. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and disruptive environment made this stay unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they improve their service and guest experience.
