Typical Tokyo hotel, hence tiny rooms (but I've seen tinier ones) yet very practical, with everything well organized.
Location is very good and it's good value for money.
A couple of drawbacks too, though: I was not impressed with the staff. Not only there seems to be not one that speaks even a modicum of English, but I regret to say they were not exactly very helpful. For example, having showed up at 12.40 for checking in (after a very long and tiring journey) I was told I could not have my room until hr. 14.00, unless I paid extra, because check-in time is 14.00. I mean, it's not like I showed up at 7 in the morning ... and at least one other similar episode. And breakfast is really minimalistic, and you need to consume it in your room because there is not space elsewhere.
