Ett klassiskt prisvärt hotell. Fin pool och bra rum med bekväma sängar. Men balkongen i undermåligt skick, dörren hängde på trekvart och målning och reparation av byggmaterialen i akut behov. Fantastiskt läge. Maten på bufféerna är som på de flesta hotell idag torftig, billiga råvaror och dålig variation. Men utsikten från matsalens fönster är fin och för den som är på det humöret finns både bubbel och Bloody Mary på frukostbuffén. Wifi är svajigt med obegripliga felmeddelanden. Stressigt för den som behöver jobba. Aktivitetsprogrammet var bättre förr, bl a saknas nu vattengympa och enklare gympapass. Det höga betyget står för vänlig service både i reception och matsal. Samt prisvärdheten, Las Vegas är oftast billigare än andra jämförbara hotell på strandpromenaden

The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean. Overall a great hotel, I had a wonderful time during my stay and would highly recommend it.

Det märks att hotellet har några år på nacken, men allt var rent och fungerade. Dock var hotellet lyhört, dels ut i korridoren och dels mot strandpromenaden med tydligt hörbart musikdunk under kvällen.

A pesar de que el personal del hotel -en general y con alguna excepción- es agradable, el hotel para ser un 4 estrellas le falta renovar mobiliario, una capa de pintura y mejorar lo servicios de las instalaciones, tales como aire acondicionado, ventiladores y baños. Mala presión del agua en ducha/grifo bañera. Ascensores tres y lentos. El restaurante comida de calidad pero escasa variedad. Por otro lado, pagamos por habitación con vistas al mar...y nos dieron un piso tercero que apenas tenía vistas (una esquina a un jardín del hotel y al fondo el paseo y poco más). No es lo que se pueda considerar "con vistas al mar". No volveré, pues aposté por el hotel al ser un Catalonia y me ha decepcionado. Me he alojado en hoteles del Puerto de la Cruz mucho mejores instalaciones y con menos pretensiones...
