Not good
The bed was clean although the undersized sheet did little to hide the stain on the mattress. The bed was homemade with 4x2,s and MDF so pretty uncomfortable and every time you moved in creaked like a pirate ship. The sea view was obscured by the dirty windows and there was dust on most surfaces , including the light shade hanging directly over the bed, although not on my bedside table as there was not one. There was tea & coffee but the metal kettle did transfer the heat to the outside. All the pictures managed to be wonky including the one with a side of the frame missing.
The room had be recently decorated which we knew by the paint splashes on most things and the masking tape around the wall light. The lack of ventilation, apart from the window with a broken sash cord, meant the tiny bathroom smelt damp. The shower was small enough that you had to get out if you dropped something because you could not bend down in there. The tap was two inches from the small sink bottom so getting your hands under was difficult and the kettle had to be filled with a cup. We did manage to check in early for an additional £15 although they only needed a few minutes to ‘get it ready’.
Do not recommend.
