Location was about an hour from the Breakers and other guided age millionaires mansions in Newport. House was clean, hostesses were great. Breakfasts were very good! Needs updating. Bathrooms in bedroom are small, but adequate. Limited counter space to lay out stuff.

Comfy & cozy
Second time is a charm. Walt & Dorothy are gracious hosts. We got a warm welcome upon arrival & asked if we had any dietary restrictions for Brkfst. They really know how to treat their guests. Top knotch B&B, comfy bed, location pretty cool being within ten miles to the East Bay rail trail in RI. You will never leave their Brkfst table hungry. See you guys again next June!

Highly recommended! The Nichols Guest House was easy to find and convient to everything we wanted to do. The room was very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The hosts were lovely and we look forward to returning!

Amazing stay at a quaint B&B. Walt & Dorothy were gracious hosts and cooked a wonderful breakfast with all the trimmings, along with great conversation. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, quiet & comfy.
Walt was a gracious host. Dot was away so hope to meet her next year. Delicious breakfast burrito. Nice neighborhood, 5 miles to Gristmill Tavern for dinner & 10 Miles to our beloved East bay bike path in Barrington RI. Will be back next June!

I had a great night sleep, bed was comfortable. I don't really sleep well when not in my own bed but that was not the case here.
