Didn’t enjoy our stay for several reasons; as soon as we arrived there were several problems with our reservation, they couldn’t find us in their system. After a long flight from Europe this was not pleasant. During our stay the cleaning lady didn’t refresh our towels (or forgot to?) and didn’t replace the empty bottles of shampoo and shower gel. We had to call each time to guest service to ask them to bring some to us. At the day of checkout we asked for a late check out. The lady at the front desk asked us at what time you wanted to leave the room. We told her at 3PM. When we left the room we went to the bar to have a coffee and after we went to the check out desk. “Cristo” was the person who checked us out and told us that we were late and that we had to pay an extra fee for a late check out but this wasn’t mentioned to us at the moment when we asked for a late check out. In the end he went to ask to someone else and it was all fine. But still we had an unpleasant feeling and didn’t feel treated like we deserved. I wouldn’t recommend this Hilton because they try to charge you extra for a lot of stuff at the restaurants as well. They offer you better food for an extra price. But it’s supposed to be an all inclusive resort? The beach was horrible and almost not existing as most of the beach is not swimmable. Anyway I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
