Nuova pulita ottimi ristoranti posizione fuori dal caos
ho goduto una vera vacanza spensierata,resort bellissimo ,ristoranti ottimi tutti!!!Il personale gentile, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Tutto è come si vede nelle foto...ansi meglio. Unica pecca, la pulizia delle stanze, il personale non ha una aspirapolvere, niente di simile, un vero peccato, tra le piastrelle del pavimento si vede lo sporco, il water non era sigillato indicando la desinfezione come qualsiasi hotel 5 stelle....al mio arrivo.
I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that was more disappointing. We really thought from the service to the food everything was terrible 😣
El hotel está bien el servicio de los empleados no es tan Bueno no son nada amables y para todo hay que hacer fila para las bebidas en albercas no hay meseros hay que ir a pedir las bebidas en eso se pierde mucho tiempo, en el bufete también dura muchísimo para venir a atenderte un mesero tienes que estarles hablando aunque no estaba lleno, eso si es desesperante.la verdad muy Caro para el servicio, los alimentos bien casi en todos los restaurantes la carne del Stark House no muy buena demasiada gente y tardan mucho
We arrived right after tropical storm Zeta so much of the outside was inaccessible. The beach portion and beach front pool was closed and not in the best condition understandable due to the storm but bummed about it anyway.We only had access to two pools and that was the family and adults only pool. We were limited to 3 restaurants but was fine with the food and drink options. Only thing i wish they would do is do a better job of cleaning the washrooms. Alot of staining on the grouts due to the humidity of course but there are products to help with that. and there was some type of grime on the hair dryer. Staff was completely courteous and friendly. They do try and sell you the upgraded "version" of the resort upon arrival which is basically top shelf liquor package for the all inclusive and a personal driver for the resort but everything is within walking distance. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable and entertainment is minimum due to covid but beautiful area non the less.
We stayed here with our kids for two nights. There was loads of raccoons (I think) running around there. We would be lying by the pool and suddenly have them by our legs. They grabbed our bag away with everything in it. We had to climb behind trees to take it back. We took out something for our baby to eat and within a second we were surrounded by them. We obviously couldn’t relax for even a minute out of the pool and our kids were terrified of them. They also left 💩 all around the buildings. I guess if animals don’t bother you then you might be ok with it. But we couldn’t relax at all.
Hurricane Delta just passed through on Wednesday and we came the Sunday after. The staff and grounds keepers worked so hard to make our stay feel like nothing had happened. We felt safe and protected from the virus as well
This resort is relatively new, so the rooms and all of the buildings are very clean. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the drinks are very good. I only had a few issues with this resort. First, the beach is not great. It’s rocky, filled with seaweed, and there are vendors everywhere. The moment you go to the beach, you are swarmed by vendors. Also there aren’t many areas where you could comfortably swim if that’s something you are looking for. And with the vendors, going to the beach and relaxing really was never an option on my trip. Also, the actual beach area that this resort has is small. Another con is the food. The food is very bland, and although the resort has a handful of different restaurants, you quickly realize that the food at the restaurants tastes just like the food from the buffet, and i suspect many of the options are taken straight from the buffet. By the end of my stay, all the food started tasting the same. There is not enough variety, and only a couple of the restaurants (Sakura being one) are worth getting excited for. Another con is that the hotel staff constantly try to sell you timeshares (which disguise as welcome breakfasts). They will call your room and leave notes at your door trying to get you to come to events to buy things. It gets annoying. The pools are very nice. The resort is very clean. The staff are great. And the drinks are very good. Besides the cons above, I really enjoyed the resort.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Its a 2-3 star. Very pretty and huge hotel; however, needs a lot of maintenance. Rooms smell like mold, beds were so uncomfortable and pillows smelled like sweat. Took them 2 days to change pillows. Food was horrible. Would not recommend at all!
I have been staying here multiple times because of its beauty and high quality in food and service. And also the children’s and teens club that could give me a chance to relax a little. This time changed. I was expecting the same like previous times with the difference of only having safety measures I understand and I love that wearing a mask and sanitizing everything is a priority. But service and quality in food, and the way they treated me, was just very depressing that every excuse was because of covid. Covid is not the reason why you can’t refill my mini bar with water at an all inclusive resort. I asked kindly for water and they said no, because it was supposed to be only once a day. I can go on, but I don’t want to.
