Easy access to casinos and two of the country's major cities, local attractions include the Westbrook Historical Society, the Military Historians' Museum, the Stewart B. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Unit numbers can not be requested by inbound or provided by RCI at time of confirmation as resort manages unit placement based on start date and unit type confirmed. Any specifric unit number quoted by RCI would not be accurate to unit occupied. -- THE RESORT CANNOT HONOR REQUESTS FOR WATER VIEW UNITS.
Resort unable to honor requests for water views. Parking near units can be difficult however valet parking is offered at no charge. Due to over crowding of beaches, RCI inbounds cannot invite guests to use beaches or resort pool. Mandatory parking fees are charged to all inbounds by resort.
All 1 bedroom sleep 6 units are upstairs with no elevator access. All members of party must be able to climb stairs to confirm sleep 6. Resort cannot relocate inbounds to lower level units, inbounds will be directed back to RCI to cancel if necessary. All 1 bedroom sleep 4 units are downstairs. Kitchens do not have ovens or dishwashers. No washer/dryers in units. Bathroom sizes vary.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
