I can't say I didn't like the hotel, I had a fine stay and judging only the structure itself I would stay here again. I don't have high standards I have to say.
But I think this isn't a 4 star hotel and definitely it's not what I would expect from a SLH hotel. It's a fine 3 star hotel where the position is really the main advantage and what makes the price almost worthy.
I paid 115 euros per night in low season, should have been 90 maximum in my opinion.
Room was fine, not big but comfortable enough: good bed, decent bathroom, spacious shower. But low level furnitures and amenities.
No complimentary water. No coffee/tea in room. No table or desk. The hotel has no gym. The Michelen restaurant I'm sure is amazing, but not a place where you can have an everyday's meal. There's a lobby bar but serves only drinks and has a poor list. I didn't try the room service, there's a small menu which was the only option to eat in the hotel, as I couldn't go to the rooftop because of maintenance works (there were workers also redoing the front of the hotel). Breakfast was ok but nothing special: something which should be included in the room price, not something I should pay 16 more euros for. I don't see anything which makes the hotel worth of 4 stars or of SLH brand.
Clean enough but again I have low standards, other people may find it below average.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, definitely a plus for me.
Great position, easy to walk around, well served by transportation.
