We arrived at 340pm. He made us stand in the lobby for 40 minutes before finally giving us our room number. Just for us to be told once he gave it to us it will be a few more minutes. We finally got in room, started to unpack before my girlfriend discovered the tub was full of dirty water, dirty towels and used soaps out. I went and said someone to front desk about cleaning the room for us and he cancelled our stay. Completely uncalled for. Horrible experience!!! He made Red Roof and your app look bad(and I normally love your app). Had to rush trying to find another room and just barely got a room and got to our show on time. Cost me a lot more for the room we found cause last minute. Though I will continue to use your app, still a very bad experience.
