Buffalo Airport Hotel

Check in was nice the man was very accommodating. Due to my significant others veteran related disability he gladly changed our room so he didn’t have to climb steps. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Check out was easy and friendly. This is where the however comes...I realized on unpacking that my 2 rings were missing. I remember them last on the sink in bathroom. I was going to put them on after lotion before we left. I always do a final sweep to catch things we may have missed but this time I was rushed and didn’t do it. Yes, it’s my fault that I left them there. But, I called when I got home 2 1/2-3 hour trip and I was told he would write the information down but to call back at 9 am the next morning when other people would be there to ask. I did just that, and got transferred to a manager where I got voicemail. I left a detailed message with contact number and haven’t heard one word back. While the rings weren’t worth a great deal of money one was sentimental to me, it was from one of my daughters for my birthday. I am very disappointed at the total disregard for a customers needs.

Basic hotel, not great, but not awful. Shower was super small, so of you have curves be prepared. What bothered me most was when we packed the car over an hour before checkout, only to come back and find housekeeping had already taken the rest of our stuff out of the room like we weren't coming back for it! Leave my stuff alone, and let me check out first...after that is when you should go in for clean up.

The stay was good. Clean and updates are for the most part current. The attached restaurant / bar is not open currently, no room service or nightcap. There is a hundred dollar security deposit that is not mentioned at booking however most should already expect this from a nicer hotel like this property.

Hotel was just ok for price paid. Didn't expect much. Needed a place for the night on short notice. It looks like they are in the middle of remodeling the hotel.

Staff wasn’t very pleasant. Looked like the woman behind the desk was sleeping when we arrived at 9pm. The whole place was cold and I had my room set at 81 degrees and it was freezing the whole two day stay.

The property is clean, I do appreciate the upgrades in the bedding. But the furniture and fixtures in the room, need to be brought up to date. Otherwise great value and location for the price

Is the heat working??? It didn’t get above 65 degrees in my room

Given the COVID circumstances, the facility was fine. The staff and housekeeping were attentive.

The room suited our needs. Everything was clean and acceptable. could use some more electrical outlets for charging. Also more towels.
