I was very disappointed with the expectations that I had set. In my opinion the hotel has lost a lot of quality compared to the previous Swissotel management).
Nearly every iteration with staff has been just enough. From the moment of check-in, whose strong impression was that of total disinterest in a new guest.
Coming then to talk about the room, undoubtedly very clean and well cared for, but without a room service menu ... when I personally went to choose a dessert on the ground floor, I asked if they could bring it to my room, and they told me that I should have had a deposit on the account… absurd, just charge it to the room as all hotels do, even the 2-star ones hahaha.
Worst experience ever? The breakfast. I decided to pay for it separately. I go to breakfast: I discover that the cappuccino was not included in the sum of 40 S$ ... which I had to pay separately, therefore stalked by an attendant to pay immediately ... I asked for still water, it was only with pieces of orange and lemon … so if I wanted a small bottle of water I would have to pay.
In short, these services are not worthy of a luxury hotel…. But of a hotel that needs cash hahaha. On the other hand, the concierge staff and at the entrance were excellent, very kind.
