Overall a good experience, but shot of excellent because in a 5 stars accommodation the excellence, like the devil, is in the details. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, but the hotel as a whole would benefit from a little renovation. Breakfast was a little disappointing, probably due to COVID restrictions number of customers allowed in the restaurant area at a given time is limited, but as a result there are long queues for a table. Also, of all the waiters only one guy seemed to have the orders situation under control. In this respect, either teamwork can be improved or simply tables need to be numbered so that other waiters don't have to run with their orders from one table to another wondering whose omelette that was. All in all a good place to stay, location is unbeatable and the restaurant on the 7th floor alone is worth the stay. Concierge/reception staff was impeccable.
