I had a long drive, found a lot of traffic and I arrived later than expected. Therefore I called the hotel 3 times to confirm my arrival. Once I got there surprisingly the receptionist informed me about a problem with my room. The bed for my daughter was missing.
Couldn’t they tell me before, when I spoke to th3m during the day? At 23:00 with a 2 years old child what they expected me to do, look for another hotel? So we slept there and In the morning when I did the check out, speaking with another clerk, he didn’ t admit the mistake and told me that even if I had booked for 3 people I should have noticed the they had reserved me a double bed room and So it was my problem.
Well, I don’t think this is a very professional attitude. Very disappointing!
