“firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apartment is very nit and clean. ”

“It was advertised with parking being available. The was no secure parking at the property and the area was clearly unsafe not allowing a vehicle to parked in the street without significant risk.”

The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking. The internet was not working during our stay, and there was no safety locker in our room, nor in reception.
We were like the only people staying there.
