We booked this hotel when our flight was canceled at 11pm. It was on expedia, so I assumed it was a full hotel. However we got a cab to the hotel, and it turns out there was no one at the desk at that time. So we had to call the manager (which took 10 minutes to figure out), who had to get out of bed and travel to the site, which took 10 minutes. Then the room still needed to be made, which took another 10 minutes. So waiting an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night with 3 tired grumpy kids was not ideal. Once we did get into bed, it was very clean and comfortable and I slept well, however getting to that point was a bit of a hassle.
