This was the only bad experience in this wonderful country, that is Thailand.
I arrive at 14.30 at the hotel, i booked specifically this one for Splash (water park) , the problem was that from 15.30 to 17.15 i was waiting my luggage in the room. I call them several times, to have it in time to go to splash for mi kids.
Result: splash closed at 17.30, and my kids crying realized that they could not have access. They also stopped my room telephone to avoid my complains. Another particular to say is the taxi fares, they asked me 1500 bat instead of 900 bat that was the standard price. After my complains they did a discount of 200 bat. For Sure, for me is absolutly not a 5 stars hotel as services. Now i m in Dubai and the baggages arrived in my room before that i finished my check in , this is a real 5 stars...
