Dissapointing
I notified hotel of late arrival through Hotels.com website, I was supposed to get an email but never received. When we arrived there was no key in th lock box for us. But there was one for another person. We tried contacting the hotel directly but was unsuccessful. I was told I would not get a refund even though I had no way of accessing the property. The hotel stated I should have contacted them with late arrival which I did. I spent an hour on the phone with Hotels.com trying to sort this out (@ .25 per minute and ultimately had to drive to our final desitnation, Sydney, and finally arrived at 5 am. I am very disappointed with both hotel and hotels.com.
