We were picked up at the airport and transferred to hotel. Staff was very professional and courteous. Rooms were renovated and clean. Excellent. Stayed there for one evening because was going to NorthEast in the morning. We would stay there again if in that part of town. Highly recommend.

We had to scramble and find a place for the night due to a flight cancellation. I booked just before midnight and did not get to the property until around 1am. Mr. Gianni got up from sleeping and checked us in! Overall the staff was very welcoming and kind. They arranged transportation back to the airport for us in the morning. A true testament to Sardinian hospitality.

Cute room on the 5th floor of an apartment build

The rooms and space was clean, recently remodeled or new and very functional. Relatively large room for Europe and location is in a good spot close to everything. Downsides are that there is limited street (and all paid) parking around and the complex is really just a converted apartment with rooms. The room is really basic - nothing but a bed and a bathroom (no coffee, no breakfast, no extras). Compared to other places we’ve visited in Sardegna, this spot is overpriced for value received. However, if you care more about cleanliness and modern renovations, then this spot is for you!

The cleanliness, pleasant staff. Enjoyed the shower. Air conditioner was good. Wire netting at window to keep out Mosquitoes. Breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe/cake shop. Very pleasant staff there also. Good position for local transport, rail and bus. There were many immigrants in the nearby square. A good police presence.

Great location for railway station and it is therefore an extremely easy transfer from the airport. Less than 15 mins on train and airport and airport rail station are connected. Plenty of trains. Accommodation is central. Very clean and comfortable. Good air con, and Wifi plus excellent shower. This is a serviced room rather than a hotel so there is not a permanent reception therefore the owners needs to be contacted in advance and to arrange bag pick up on departure.

WHEN THEY WANT TO KNOW ARRIVAL TIME THEY MEAN IT. THIS IS ONLY FOUR ROOMS (VERY NICE) IN AN OLD BUILDING. IT IS WELL LOCATED, BUT YOU ARE REALLY ALONE. BREAKFAST IS A COUPLE OF ROLLS AND COFFEE EVERY DAY FOR 7 IN A SMALL PATASSERIE SEVERAL BLOCKS AWAY. Un bel b&b, curato e pulito. Buona l'accoglienza e buona la posizione che resta vicina alle principali attrazioni pur sempre restando in un quartiere tranquillo. Ci è piaciuta la colazione al bar con le due paste a scelta, il caffè e l'acqua. Si trova al 5 piano per cui si sale e scende con un curioso ascensore d'epoca. Unico neo: la camera non viene fatta. Noi ci siamo stati solo due notti per cui non mi ha disturbato più di tanto. Ho poi letto dietro la porta che è standard e che lenzuola e asciugamani vengono cambiati solo dopo non ricordo più quanti giorni. Diciamo che avrei voluto saperlo prima di prenotare e non ricordo di averlo letto. Il bagno davvero molto bello e modernissimo. Letto molto confortevole.

Two days in Cagliari

Loved this place, Fiorella could NOT have been more helpful, she was a delight. The room was bright and airy, spotlessly clean with a fabulous cityscape view. The little extras provided were just perfect, and all the staff we met were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. If you are arriving by car, use Sat Nav otherwise ...... like me, you will find yourself auditioning for the next Italian Job film! The best place to park is the Metro by the station, 10 euros/24 hrs. The beach at Poetto, the salt flats and the flamingos on the lake are well worth a visit. The wine bar Inu, just a street or so away is also a must.

Perfect location for a short stay

We had a great time visiting Cagliari with our young son for 3 days. Our 2 night stay at Brezza Marina was a great experience and Fiorella gave us a very friendly welcome with lots of advice on where to visit and places to eat/drink. The room, although quite small for the 3 of us was bright, modern & exceptionally clean with high ceilings and a nice big shower/bathroom. The rooms are on the 5th floor with a tiny old fashioned lift, which was fun for my son and good exercise for me taking the stairs instead! The rooms are ideally located just a few minutes walk from the bus and train station and the train only takes 5 minutes from the airport so there is no need for a taxi and I'd definitely avoid driving. The old Castello is 5 minutes away and the views from the top area are beautiful. As we were only there for a short time, we were fine staying at Brezza, but for a longer period I would have chosen an apartment or hotel with more facilities as this is really just one room and that's it, no communal areas or bar. Breakfast is at a very nice local cafe and the pastries and coffee were great - just make sure you ask for 2 as we only got one on the first day! The only other thing I'd say is that if you like having the window open (nice views of the sea and roof tops) you might get woken up very early as we were by the bin lorry and road sweeper going round & round the local square. However, all in all a fabulous time - best suited for solo travellers, couples or short stay.

Si trova al quinto piano (con ascensore) di un palazzo non recente ma le camere sono completamente ristrutturate. Tutto è molto ben curato, nuovo e pulitissimo. Bagno con ampia doccia a pioggia, calorifero a parete, minibar, bollitore, impianto aria condizionata/riscaldamento comodo e soprattutto silenzioso, wi-fi veloce. Per la colazione vengono consegnati dei buoni da utilizzare in una pasticceria a pochi minuti di distanza. Il vero lusso della struttura sono i gestori che accolgono con cortesia, simpatia e competenza.
