Overall it was great - the staff was excellent, especially Vicki (at the pool), Facundo (bar and pool), Jorge (waiter at breakfast). However, they should plan better for high season - there was a literal fight over beach chairs because they did not supply enough for all the guests. You had to go down between 6-7am to reserve a beach/pool chair (which should not be allowed). If the guest is not using the chair, it should be available for others to use. The food at Cuzamil restaurant was not good. My pasta was inedible, dry and without flavor. They never notified us that we needed reservations and many guests were trying to get dinner and were not able to. We made a reservation with the front desk and when we arrived for our reservation time, they did not have it! They Maitre'D, Jorge, was great and was able to accommodate us fortunately. Again, the staff is excellent however the company needs to make some adjustments for the type of service people expect out of a Westin.
