The location is great you can go walking on several attractions and that's all. The Hotel infrastructure is terrible, the bleach smell when you first go to the room is a nightmare, the shower doesn't be hot enough, cold shower is disappointing, my feet became dirty when I bare walk, the cleaning every 3 days is terrible. I can't believe that Orlando municipality gives a permit to this hotel.

A/C did work, but it was very loud. Room was not very clean. We were not told that cleaning would happen every 3 days. Didn't have enough towels. Front desk staff was great. Breakfast was very blah if that. Our room definitely did not show as advertised. If I could have switched hotels I would have. Everything was fixed with a screw and bad caulk job.

The rooms are fine, terrible cleanness, no towels to be changed daily, the say they change it every three days as per hotel policies as well as the room cleanness. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a clean space. The rest is good, great location and comfortable space. The breakfast is not good. The room had an odor, the toilet didnt flush, the wifi kept going from fair to poor even in the middle of the night, the floor was not mopped well, the a/c was weak, the shower base was so shallow that water was coming out, the fridge was very small and in this dresser type furniture that was useless because the heat buildup makes it lose efficiency, the breakfast items were not good or set up well at all and we saw a German roach in the room. For the price we really couldn't complain but it was very hard just to give it that second star only because the staff was friendly and the pool actually worked even though it was cooler than what we would want to use it at.

Staff was nice. The lobb was way too small to begin with and then they added a coffee and water station insdie. I did see live and dead roaches but I have come to expect that from cheaper places. I did not like that my room was only cleaned every 3 days when I was here for a week with other people in the room. Had to take my own trash outside. Also did not like having to go to that same already cramped lobby to heat up any food in the dirty microwave. Beds were very low to ground. Almost locked myself out due to forgetting to take my room key out of the "power" plate.

Its an old hotel, remodeling was not good(idk if our room was remodeled). There were stains on the walls, desk, and floors. I took the loss and ended up booking a new hotel. Was only there for about 30 mins. I feel bad, the owners and staff were extremely nice. It just didnt feel clean to me. And . ive stayed in motels niver in LA
