The first impact with the hotel is positive, but then when you stay you notice all the shortcomings, I booked a river view room, but when you are there you don't see the river as it is behind the vegetation but, with this description they charge more, The correct description is "riverside" and they should not charge more for this type of room. There is no point and the view is the same as per the other rooms.
Staff doesn't provide a 5 stars service. When you ask something they say "yes, yes" you wait, but rarely they come back to give you an answer, this is very annoying. One of the worst things about this hotel is the food . I am vegetarian and there was a poor selection of food . I asked if they could prepare something tasty, but the proposals were very trivial, such as salad, omelette, white rice or raw vegetables. Fortunately, vegetarian cuisine offers far more than this, the third night, tired of begging for a good dinner, I skipped the dinner. A restaurant in a a 5-star hotel should provide an amazing service and great food. The chef should do his best to keep the guests happy, this chef, besides having zero creativity (worse restaurant were I have ever been) and not doing much to make happy the clien also has an arrogant attitude. Also a family of 5 Malaysians complained for other reasons about the food but were ignored. The manager is mr "I'm sorry" but no solution. Maybe it is better to stay in a more basic place, so at least you don't expect a 5 stars service.
