Almost everything went wrong with the Checkin Pineda during our stay in August 2015.
Firstly, both the staff at reception and at the restaurant is really unfriendly and they only speak Spanish, with many of them that not even understand English (good point for a hotel that have 90% of foreign customers).
We specifically asked for a room with double bed, but at our arrival we have been assigned to a room with twin beds: anyone apologized to us and they simply explained that in the (quite big) hotel they have only a few double beds.
The room cleaning is inaccurate and the staff have not respect of the customers' stuff; in addition, don't know if for savings or inaccuracy, they give only a really small shower gel and shampoo every two days.
Finally, the food have low quality and very little variety is offered; also, during our 8 dinner anyone of the staff asked us for drinks (free only with All inclusive option).
The 3 stars are only on the title of this hotel, we tried 2 stars hotels in the same Pineda de Mar area that have much more quality services of Checkin Pineda.
