The rooms are in good shape and clean, but outside the room, in the hallway the carpet was dirty and in extremely bad shape.
Overall, not bad for the price.

The property is being renovated and as such, it was not in perfect shape as far as “eye appeal” goes. The room itself was very adequate and comfortable. I would stay here again if traveling through Dumas at a future date.
