Hotel is tucked away to the side of Reubens Hotel. My guess is that this is (in essence) an annexe of the Reubens, probably sharing the kitchen and some staff. The entrance lobby is very small and not particularly glamourous and all the rooms are accessed by a compact lift that transports the guests to the fifth floor. One of the problems with this hotel is that there's only one lift and we had to (quite frequently) wait in a queue. Another problem we had was the fact that our room was above the kitchens and we woke up each morning to the smell of frying. I suspect the hotel needs to address this - possibly an extraction problem. Other than that, it was a good stay. It's a nice hotel with excellent service. But it's not the glamourous 5 star London aesthetic experience some might expect.
