My wife, 1-year-old daughter, and I stayed between Jun 21 and Jun 24. The hotel is nice, but our stay was ruined by the lack of a well-functioning air conditioning system. Although the hotel management says that the system broke down a few weeks ago and now has been fixed, it looks like the solution they implemented, if any, is not effective. It is true that the AC is running, but the air flow is definitely too low (even at maximum speed) to cool down the room (and luckily the temperature was not that bad yet, ranging between 25 and 30 degrees during the day, while we were there). When we complained, we were given an extra key card and advised to leave it plugged in the room so a to let the AC system run also while out and two fans. Unfortunately, opening the window is not a solution either, since the hotel is located on a street where the city train runs and there is quite a heavy traffic. To sum up, the hotel is nice but, in our experience, it is not advisable to stay there during summer unless they implement an effective solution to the problem they are facing with the air conditioning system (problem whose existence they knowingly or unknowingly deny).
