Location and room ok, but payment for the City tax a disaester, at the end we paid cash. We havexto register and strip wants to have tax number ülus additional information. I booked with service, but forget it. The remark with the parking center was good, Konrad Adenauer center close to the hotel.

The picture represents a front desk reception, when in reality there is no desk. We were struggling to get room access because the self check in website was rejecting my passport number. Fortunately an attendant soon showed up and got us access to the room. Things were fine after that. Both the room and the reception do not match the pictures online, which we did not expect. There is a smell in the room that made me feel sick, should be compensated for the stay. Cleaning could be better. The entrance door to the reception should be locked since it is unattended and the hotel is located in the middle of the city center. I think the price is expensive compared to the hotel standard. Website should be updated with today's standard and not several years old.
