Chambre bien.

Great location, nice spacious apartment, modern fittings

Despite the hot weather when staying was a good experience. Not a large amount of traffic noise with window open. Had a fan to help with the heat as well. It's an old Town house, so yes, a little noise from other rooms, but not that bad. Room is clean, with a useful kitchen area should you need it.

The property is in a good location. It was clean and very tidy but the bathroom door can not be closed properly or locked. The front door keeps opening.

Can't fault the staff or check in. But the photos don't represent the reality and the walls are so thin.

Very pleased with the service we received. I left my new Kindle in the room and after emailing the hotel they confirmed they had it and packaged it up for me so I could arrange a collection with Royal mail. I received it back after 7 days. Wonderful service and would definitely return. Thank you. Sarah

Stopped in the executive studio under the assumption that the room would be spacious. Should have new instantly when there was a mind your head sign near the doorway. Myself, 5ft 10 on a good day had to walk around hunched on access and towered over the shower head in a shower room in what i can only describe as a real life Will Ferrel as elf shower recreation (i have provided a photo). It was a short stay and not a couple to usually complain we were willing to put up with having to crouch down in the shower but being on the top floor the water pressure in the shower was also extremley poor. The guy on the reception came and replaced the shower head which helped slightly but on a morning when I assume others in the building were using showers/toilets the water pressure was again very poor/non existant. Very unfortunate as the room itself and bed were perfectly fine and the location was fantastic. I would likely stay again due to the location but would certainly request not to be in the same room to avoid having to get washed in the sink. The room was on the end of the 4th floor for anyone wanting to avoid.

Room was ok clean for what only you could see but at a height dust was in all the high places of the room parts of the rooms that normally you can’t see, perfect location great value for money. Small shower but I would definitely stay again.
