Perfect review! Zhipin PIN (Beijing Road Nongjiangsuo Branch) boasts convenient transportation and a quiet location amid the bustle. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious, with an excellent smart experience. The service is warm and attentive, responsive and detail-oriented. It’s suitable for both tourism and business trips, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

The moment I walked in, check-in was seamless and lightning-fast. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming—genuinely warm and attentive throughout my stay. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable for a good night's rest after long meetings. The location simply can't be beat: right in the heart of Guangzhou, steps from Beijing Road and the subway. Perfect for any business traveler who values efficiency, service, and convenience. I'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay in a Very Convenient Location This stay was excellent. The hotel is located right in the center of Yuexiu District, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk (around 300 meters) to the metro station. It’s also very close to Dafo Temple and Beijing Road, making it convenient whether you want to visit attractions or try local food. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety, including freshly cooked noodles and porridge, and the taste was quite good. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room, which is very practical. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Guangzhou.

Avoid This Hotel – Extremely Disappointing Experience I strongly advise others to think twice before booking PIN Hotel. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were rude and unwelcoming. Check-in took an entire hour because they could not find my reservation from Hotels.com, even though I had a printed copy of my booking with me. To make matters worse, my room was not available at the advertised check-in time. The hotel building itself looks nothing like the pictures shown on the booking site, which is extremely misleading and gives guests completely the wrong expectations. To be fair, the only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean and the housekeeping was excellent. I am genuinely surprised that Hotels.com continues to offer this hotel on its platform. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel frequently for business and have stayed in many hotels over the years, so I am not easily disappointed. Unfortunately, PIN Hotel managed to set a new low. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
