The location was great. It is walkable to underground station in 3min. Great dining area is around. Mostly the room was pretty spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly. We had little problem with UK’s outlet system, but they helped us to solve the issues. Gym was also great which open 24 hrs with updated equipments. My family loved staying there!

We had such a lovely overnight stay with our 2 year old! Having an apartment made our life so much easier than just a hotel room, there was more space than the pictures showed too! The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Great value for money and we will definitely return!

From the moment we entered the building it was amazing, the staff were so kind and welcoming. When we got into the room, it was even better than the pictures. The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

The welcome was amazing and team super courteous. The room was spacious and the amenities adequate for our needs, travelling with my partner and our baby. The room was a good size, 2 huge balconies, everything provided. Lift to room too. If my only possible safety comment, if you are infirm, pray the lift works, the emergency staircase is steep.
