Not fancy, but a great location, quiet, and you can still smoke in your room! I'd definitely stay there again!

Overall it was great. Parking right in front of the room. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Great room for the price.

The staff are just a bit odd and pushy. One guy came up to our room eight minutes before check out time to see if we "were okay" which was weird. We were just packing up. They also charge a cash deposit, which also seemed odd, but we got it all back. There also wasn't any soap or shampoo in our room. Otherwise, the room was nice enough and clean, so the weirdness I guess was okay for how inexpensive it is. Doubt I'd stay there again though.

2/10 Scarso

I checked in on Sunday night after my universal studios visit, I had hard time finding a parking spot. The person who was in charge told me that I had to park on the side. It was so dark and there was homeless people hanging around there. I did not feel safe at all that I end up checking out 10 mins later. But since I had to used the bathroom really bad. As soon as I opened the door a bad smell came out of the room and the bed sheets were stained with dark brown spots . But more than anything I did not feel safe in there .

Location was a huge plus, and we were quite happy with the room overall. The beds were comfy, the finishes were fresh and clean. Maybe even new, such that the only things missing were more hooks and shelves. Fantastic shower. Very friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was convenient just to go to sleep, all the facilities are old with low maintenance. The room was clean. It has a very good location near by the Hollywood Blvd. A good advantage was that has parking with no charge.

This was better than I anticipated it being. Bare bones but clean, somewhat renovated room. I wouldn't be afraid to stay here again.

4/10 Discreto

When we arrived we stood outside ringing the bell for 20 minutes before the worker arrived and she checked us in. The bed was very noisy and squeaky if either of us moved at all. Also could loudly hear the floor above us. Would only recommend if you are a heavy sleeper.
