Was downgraded without notice or partial refund. Two weeks out, I'm still working with Hotels.com on a resolution as Aksmi has denied a partial refund. The hotel was pretty nice, but out of the way. The food was not good, and the room was not cleaned during my stay, despite putting the sign on the door asking for it to be tidied. Did not have king bed/memory foam mattress/tv/etc. as advertised.

Fantastic stay. Everyone was exceedingly kind, and when we arrived very late (near 1AM), someone led us to our room and told us to worry about checking in in the morning. Well maintained clean room and very large bathroom.

Jeg vil helt klart anbefale hotellet. Det er en skøn lille oase, som giver følelsen af at man bor midt inde i junglen. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale. God mad og fine værelser. Det er ca. et kvarters kørsel til Ubud og man skal køre hvis man vil ud og spise. Jeg ville helt klart gerne bo her igen.

The villa was beyond our expectation. Private pool and outside living area, excellent food and drinks. The service was more than very good, with just a whatsapp message away. The view on the rice field was such a relaxing setting that made us enjoy Ubud even more. It was a treat to stay there!

Hébergement au sein de la nature et parfait pour cela. L agencement des chambres permet une véritable intimité lorsqu'on le souhaite. L hôtel est excentré mais les transports sont vite mis à disposition si besoin et extrêmement flexibles. Vraiment un bon moment

Super godt og smukt sted, hvor der ca er 30 min kørsel til Ubud. Grab kører officielt ikke til hotellet, da de ikke må. Meeen, det kan ske at de gør det alligevel. Hotel personalet er så venligt og værelserne smukke. Der er mange trapper på hotellet, men personalet er venlige og hjælper til med din bagage. Poolen er lækker, men pool stolene er lidt underlige at ligge på. Maden er god, og man kan både spise morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad derhenne. Dog er det irriterende at man skal booke morgenmad dagen forinden hvis man har forudbestilt i sin booking. Både hvilket mad, drikke og hvad tid man ønsker at spise. Der er geccoer som larmer om natten, men det hører til. De kan ikke komme ind på værelset, men sidder som regel på væggene op ad hytten så det larmer. Men minimalt. Vi vil klart anbefale stedet til andre

The place it’s beautiful. The staff it’s really great, they are so lovely, helpful, and they care every minute for the guess, that smile in their face make you feel at home. The food is so good, the room so clean. Really we will miss all the staff. The villas had a peaceful and opulent feel, with beautiful natural quiet surroundings. The staff were lovely and did everything needed. Location from the centre of Ubud is a little out, but worth it for the serenity you get that downtown Ubud now no longer has. Great for couples.

First time Bali traveller. I was staying in the Penestanan area, but decided to have a change of scenery and booked here for two nights. Once I arrived, I felt like I was in paradise. Beautiful quiet environment, very well maintained gardens, a comfortable room and a team of friendly and helpful young staff. I extended my stay an extra night as I felt so relaxed and welcome. Not recommended for those who are squeamish about frogs, as they will join you in the bathroom.

I have so much to say about this incredible property! So here is my honest review! Of the three properties I stayed at during this visit to Ubud, this one was surprisingly my favorite and has the potential to be in my top 5 best stays of 135 countries visited! The setting, atmosphere, accommodations, and overall experience made me feel like I was in a literal jungle paradise...Bird and animal sounds that were like music to my ears with a beautiful instagrammable infinity pool to match! You must be lover of nature to enjoy and appreciate because you are sharing the jungle with these wonderful creatures The linens are impeccably clean with 5 star hotel like crispy sheets and duvets! The outdoor bathroom was modern yet rustic with a stone tub that can easily hold 6 people and they made a custom flower bath that was simply stunning! The food was always beautifully presented and delicious and my floating breakfast on the last day was a definite highlight. The property itself exceeded my expectations and ultimately became the standout stay of my entire trip! I sent photos to my friends who all agreed Aksmi would be added to their list of places to stay in Bali! Things for improvement: dont overbook Balcony villas, some staff need hospitality training, low music in the bar/pool area. Overall a SUPERB stay...I did NOT want to leave
