Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fresh. On the other hand, the parking lot was a death trap. They had not cleared it off after a week earlier snow storm. It was a solid sheet of ice. Very hard to get in and out of your car and into the hotel.

Friendly staff. Room was clean and well staffed. But there are no refrigerators in the rooms, and the tv froze up frequently on all channels.

Fire alarm went off due to another guest smoking in their room.

The rooms are great, and the beds are amazing! Ms. Sissy, the young man who greets us in the morning, and Brianna were exceptional in their customer service. They always greeted us with a smile and were always willing to assist us when needed, unlike the other staff members. My only complaint would be that there aren't any mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms. Would definitely stay again!
