Fees & policies

Refundable deposits

• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 48 hours of booking the reservation

Mandatory fees

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

• Airport shuttle transfer per adult: COP 25000 (one-way)

Optional extras

• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of COP 25000.00 per room (one-way)
• Late check-in between midnight and 4:00 AM can be arranged for an extra charge

Children & extra beds

• If you are traveling with a child, your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian citizens) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
