Good facilities and large rooms. Very noisy - the building seems to attract alot of youngsters wanting parties etc, so not ideal for a business trip. I also wouldn't recommend it for a lone female traveller - there were some undesirable characters around.

We've stayed in these apartments most weekends for the last month. They have everything we need they are clean & quiet. Close to the hospital.
Washer dryer & dishwasher make it easy

Room was clean, big and spacious although big cobweb in corner, staff seemed reasonably friendly, the location isn’t too bad on the edge of Peterborough. Easy to get to the main road a1 etc so good location, 2 mins in car to a little Tesco and fish and chip bar so ideal for stopping a night or 2, few marks on the wall and things could’ve done with a paint and the blind got stuck so had some difficulty sorting that but all in all a good stay.

This property is such a gem. It is better than the pictures. The room was quiet and clean, with superised nice ocean view. The breakfast was super. It has a nice restaurant. I believe eating lunch or dinner here will also be very nice. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay pre-marathon
We loved this two level room with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and access to a bathroom.
Upstairs room was hot and no window access so access to fan would be good.
Able to cook with all we needed except a pizza slicer.
Ferry meadows 20 minute walk and able to leave car whilst running event.
